Return Policy

At Digitally Tatted, we want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, our return policy has you covered:

1. Return Eligibility:

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
   • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Start a Return:

   • Contact us at digitallytatted@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
   • We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if needed.

3. Refunds:

   • Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges:

   • We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for a different size or color.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Final sale items, customized products, and any item purchased on special discount are non-returnable.
